Princess Mononoke Trailer

One great film

Princess Mononoke has to be one of my all time favorite films, and proves year to year to be a timeless classic. Inflicted with a deadly curse, a young warrior named Ashitaka sets out to find the forest in the west in search of the cure that will save his life. Once there, he becomes in inextricably entangled in a bitter battle that matches the proud clan of humans against the forest's animal gods. I like to believe that this is the story of how many of the mythical creatures died of from legend. The film shows how the greed of humans stole the magic from mother nature, in an epic battle of survival. I remember watching this movie as a kid and not under standing much of anything going on with the plot, but as time goes on the movie started to show more and more value to me as an adult. I would recommend this movie to any of my close friends and encourage any of my readers to at least give it a rent, you will not regret it. Only if you absolutely despise anime with a burning passion will you have a bad experience with this fantastic film. As always check out the trailer and leave some comments on what you think.

Braindead - Big Fat Kill (The Best Bits)

Monster Movie

So since Holloween is getting closer and closer every day im going to be giving some movie reviews, and hope people go check em out.

So the first movie I think is a must for a horror collection would have to be Brain Dead(also known as Dead Alive in north America. Directed by peter Jackson before he became a big shot, Brain Dead is a very standard zombie flick. EX: Dawn of the Dead. The undead invaid a town and survivores must band together to make it out alive.
The reason I hold this movie above any horror movie is becouse to this day there has been no movie to surpass it's gore factor. Even though it's story is no award winner it gets the job done and keeps you entertained throughout. Im going to post a video of a scene from Brain Dead. check it out and tell me what you think of it.

Tokyo Game Show Highlight

I don't know if a lot of you follow the Tokyo game show but you should start because the announcements just keep piling up.Rumors have long swirled throughout the video game industry that a western developer was working on the next installment of Devil May Cry. These rumors were confirmed today at Capcom's Tokyo Game Show press briefing. Developer Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword, Enslaved) is developing the next installment. Many got really exited to see what the new DMC would bring to the table. What we go was a HUGE fanboy riot all across the internet. Many fans of the earlier DMC games think the new Dante is to much of a skinny, punk ass emo kid with a drug problem. Now i can see why a fan would want something they care about to change in the right direction, but most people on the message boards have invalid arguments. What i have seen so far is a Teaser trailor, showing some combat possibility's and animations. I have to agree and say that the new look is for the worst, but there is no reason to start boycotting the game. The new look could just be for a portion of the story and then transition back to the older Dante. I'm going to post the video on my blog tell me what you think. And i strongly advise typing in this trailor on youtube the comments are very amusing.

Rockstar Mayham Fest 2010

Rockstar mayham festival 2010 had a great lineup of bands, some of which i loch and some a hate. But you could not argue the incredible deal, you get twelve bands for a low as ten bucks of lawn tickets. And with Korn and Rob Zombie headlining it was one show i was not going to miss out on. On July 20, me and a few friends rushed through the heat infested parking lots toothe silver star stage to catch one of my favorite metal bands (3 inches of blood) kick off the mayham. The chest thumping metal kept the ground shakinguntil the main stage opened up. Five Finger Death Punchand Lamb of God came and went, but once Rob Zombie steped on stage the huge crowed in the lawn went absolutly crazy! They played most of the same great stuff you would expect from one of there shows, but the combination of pyrotekniks and effects made for one amazing show. As Rob Zombie ended with one of the most face melting guitar solos ive ever heard Korn got ready for one epic ending. Mid way through Korns show it started pouring doen rain, making the whole day headbanging in the heat very rewarding. From the crazy fans, great stunt show, and a great band line up this was one of the best metal shows i have ever been to.

Milo and Otis: Here comes the dog

My First Dog.

So for my first blog I thought it would be fun to wright about my first dog. This is not the first dog my family has owned, but the first dog i paid for with my own income. Otis is a black on white pug with all his shots and has recently been fixed. Pugs are known for there curly tails, big eyes, and flat muzzle which can cause
serious breathing problems. Otis's health issues so far have been minor, with just a few eye buggers and one scratched cornea. On Febuary 20, 2010 Otis was born a runt. Otis had many feeding problems as a puppy, trying to get some food before is siblings was near imposible. But after a week being separated from his brothers and sisters her was strong enough to eat on his own. The reason i bought Otis was becouse he was a very calm puppy that still loved to play outside, it reminded me of the pug from Milo And Otis were otis would run through the woods but then trip out of knowhere. On April 16,2010 for a flat $200 I brought Otis home for the first time, and at the time he could fit in the palm of my hand. It only took a few weeks to house broken and one of the family. Otis has grown to about 14Lbs and has one of the greatest personalitys ive ever seen in a dog. Im going to post a few pics of him as a puppy tell me what you think.
